Exchanges & Returns
Due to health and security purposes, once a package is assigned to you we do not provide refunds, or returns. Exchanges are ONLY permitted for Kabu’s Slimming Garments ( Waist Trimmers), if it is unused. Submit your exchange request to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address.
Please keep in mind that we value our customers, but ask that you carefully verify all of your information is correct before submitting the payment. As a company, we cannot be held accountable for packages lost due to INCORRECT OR OLD ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY YOU during purchase. Regardless if you send us an email to change your address we will not be held responsible if our carrier is unable to change your address. If your package is returned to sender (KABU) and arrives at our facility we will notify you and you are responsable top ay the shipping. But if your package never arrives back at our facility, we cannot and will not reissue another gel. It is your responsibility to track it and notify us when you see it had made it back to our premises.
Usps Returned Deliveries Due To Unknown Address Or Incorrect Address
All returned deliveries incur fees. Unfortunately, our company experiences additional charges when a package is received back as undelivered at our facility. Please keep in mind once a package is assigned to you, we cannot accept it back. We unfortunately cannot prove it has not been tampered with, therefore we cannot sell it again.
International Orders: Customs Clearance Issues
All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you purchase from KABU, the goods are sent from USA. Therefore, you are importing and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through customs in your destination country. According to our general terms and conditions, you are free to purchase anything from our website and we will fulfill your order, but it remains your total responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc. apply in that country. KABU cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on customs issues in any regard.
USPS Delivered Packages
Please be aware that all packages are shipped out by USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail which is why we offer free domestic shipping. Therefore, no receipt signature is needed and if a package appears as “Delivered” on its tracking, KABU INTERNATIONAL will not be responsible.
