How do I know when my order has shipped? 

All orders are processed within the next business day; you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You may track your order in WWW.USPS.COM ( Domestic Orders) and WWW.UPS.COM (International Orders).
When should I apply Kabu Gel?
Kabu Gel should be applied in the morning after taking a bath and before going to bed. If exercising, apply Kabu Gel before doing so and replace either the morning or the night application.

What is the Estimated Time of Arrival of my order?
  • Domestic Orders: Please allow 3-5 business days to process and deliver your order.
  • International orders: Please allow 7-15 business days to process and deliver your order.
International Orders: Customs Clearance Issues
All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you purchase from KABU INTERNATIONAL, the goods are sent from USA. Therefore, you are importing and you are the importer responsible for the goods when these pass through customs in your country.
Return and Refund Policy
For health and security purposes we do not have a return and refund policy. If your product arrives damaged due to USPS shipping & handling, it will be replaced if proof (pictures) is provided. If package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, KABU INTERNATIONAL is not liable and therefore the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
